What Is A Sleep Attunement Session?

Each session is approximately 60 minutes and can be done via phone, video, or in person.

First, we spend time asking you questions and, with the assistance of muscle testing, we partner with you to identify the underlying imbalances that are interfering with your achieving regular, consistent, restful sleep. At the conclusion of the session, you will receive an email with the notes from our session and our recommendations for how best to remedy your sleep issues. If you are in the Deeply Rested Program, in follow up discussion(s), we will address specific targeted remedies and partner with you to monitor your progress, including any roadblocks along the way, and celebrate your success. At the end of your session you will have your own personalized Sleep Attunement Map™.

How Did I Get Here?

Somewhere along the way, your relationship with sleep was disrupted (or maybe it was never high-quality sleep). Either way, there are reasons for that that make sense and are completely understandable. You don’t even have to believe this for you to get a map and results that will likely make sense to you. That said, nobody has ever left a session and said, “that’s ridiculous!” Instead, most people leave saying something like, “wow, that makes total sense!”

There Are Numerous Reasons That Your Sleep May Be Compromised.

One potential scenario is that there are toxins and/or pathogens and/or hormonal imbalances that are affecting you and need to be addressed and released. Some people need a customized sleep formula to help them address these issues.

Similarly, when an emotion and/or intense experience does not get processed, it becomes trapped in your body and it disrupts your ability to sleep. This is very common. Sometimes, we find that something that happened more than a decade ago is the core issue that is creating a sleep imbalance for you.

The same is true for limiting beliefs and compulsive thoughts. It’s possible you have a belief that “I’ll never sleep well.” Identifying and releasing that is, of course, immensely powerful. When we release these emotions and thoughts by first finding out precisely what they are, it’s remarkable what new possibilities become available that were not possible before.

All the energy our bodies were using to keep those blocks in place is now freed up to create new neural pathways to have what we want. And once we can ask your body what is in the way of the imbalance and when we know the causes, we will know how to address and release them.

Nota Bene: This is a paradigm shift for many people. Most people don’t know that their bodies are the key to and blueprint for balance and wellness in all areas of their lives.
