FAQ's

Reset & Rise Program™

How much time will this program require?

Sessions are typically one hour. We work together exclusively and confidentially for 6 months This time is a protected space devoted entirely to you. The deeper work unfolds between sessions as you begin applying what we uncover to your daily life.

What makes your approach different from therapy or traditional coaching?

Most coaching focuses on strategy. Therapy often focuses on understanding the past.

My work addresses the deeper patterns shaping your experience — in your nervous system, your beliefs, and the energetic and emotional layers of your life.

By working at the root, clients often experience structural shifts rather than temporary relief.

Do you work specifically with leaders and high-achieving women?

Yes. Most of the women I work with are senior leaders, founders, partners, or highly accomplished professionals navigating demanding careers alongside personal and life transitions.

They come because they want support that respects both their competence and the complexity of their lives.

What kinds of changes do clients typically experience?

Clients often report greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and a renewed sense of direction. Many notice shifts in how they respond to stress, make decisions, and relate to others.

Over time, these internal changes ripple outward into leadership, relationships, and overall well-being.

Who tends to benefit most from this work?

The women who benefit most are thoughtful, capable leaders who have carried a great deal of responsibility for many years.

They are not looking for quick fixes. They are looking for deeper clarity, steadiness, and support during a season of change.

What happens during the initial introductory conversation?

My work integrates coaching, kinesiology, energetic healing, and intuitive insight.

I draw from the Accelerated Evolution framework, which works with the body’s energetic and emotional systems to release outdated patterns and restore coherence. The process helps dissolve trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, and restrictive identities so the system can reorganize naturally.I am also trained in the Enneagram and TriMetrix (EQ assessment series). Combining these powerful tools and a variety of others, you will not be without the right support to meet you right where you are.

I’ve tried therapy, supplements, meditation, and seminars. Why might this be different?

Many of the women I work with have already tried thoughtful approaches.

What they often discover is that the root of their experience lives deeper — in nervous system patterns, early conditioning, and emotional imprints that were never fully resolved.

Our work gently addresses those deeper drivers.

How soon do clients notice shifts?

Many women notice subtle changes within the first few weeks — greater clarity, a calmer response to stress, or a decision handled differently.

Deeper structural change unfolds gradually as the work continues.

Why does coaching matter so much at this stage of life?

Midlife often brings a unique combination of leadership pressure, personal transition, and shifting priorities.

Coaching provides something many senior women rarely have: a protected space for reflection, recalibration, and deeper self-awareness.

Research consistently shows that executive coaching improves clarity, emotional regulation, leadership effectiveness, and overall well-being — capacities that become especially valuable during this season of life.

What is the difference between the programs you offer?

The Reset & Rise Experience is a deeply personalized engagement designed for women ready for meaningful transformation.

The Aligned Leader Program™ is sometimes an entry point that helps women clarify their direction before stepping into deeper work.
We can explore which path is most appropriate during our initial conversation.

How do I know this is worth the investment?

Many women arrive at this work after years of carrying enormous responsibility — professionally and personally.

They recognize that continuing to push through exhaustion or misalignment has a cost.

Investing in support becomes a decision to care for the person behind the leadership role.
